The latest collection of homes by the award-winning Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) has now launched – providing local purchasers with an opportunity to secure a studio, one or two bedroom apartment, right in the heart of the town.
The collection of 64 apartments, named Novus Apartments, forms part of the former library site, which is being transformed into a new destination, comprising residential, retail and leisure. The homes, which are now selling, are available to purchase off-plan, with the first apartments due to be ready to move in to, by early 2021.
Interested purchasers are being encouraged to register their details now, to ensure they are one of the first to receive all of the latest updates on the scheme.

Alongside the Novus Apartments scheme, SUR is delivering 11 affordable homes on near-by Alpha Street, to the south of the High Street. Alpha Street will provide the affordable housing for the collective schemes, and it is currently under construction.
SUR is also progressing further developments at Stoke Wharf, Montem Lane and Trelawney Avenue (all of which will include affordable homes).
