New showhomes launch at Wexham Green – 5th/6th August 2017
This weekend, interested buyers will get one of the first opportunities to view the stunning new showhomes at Wexham Green. The two new showhomes, a detached, three-bedroom home and a detached four-bedroom property will be revealed at a special event on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th August.
The launch follows a preview by local councillors to view the newly launched showhomes and get an update on the development’s progress.
The collection of two, three and four-bedroom family homes at Wexham Green, were released for sale earlier this year – with the first homes already reserved off-plan. This weekend there will be the opportunity to view the showhomes, providing a real feel for the high-level of specification and the light and spacious proportions, which these homes offer.
The showhomes are The Clary, a beautifully proportioned three-bedroom home with integral garage, and impressive master suite, and The Elm, a four-bedroom home which boasts an expansive open plan kitchen diner with views over the garden, as well as a separate living room.

Wexham Green, a collection of 104 two, three and four-bedroom homes, is the second residential development to be delivered by Slough Urban Renewal (SUR), a joint venture between Slough Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited. It follows the huge success of their first scheme, town centre development Milestone and will help to meet the need for family housing within the borough.
Each of the homes at Wexham Green will be highly specified to include a choice of Symphony kitchens and contemporary bathroom suites. The development has been carefully designed to embrace its leafy neighbourhood. In addition to private gardens, the development will incorporate extensive landscaping to enhance its position next to the green belt and the Grade II listed Wexham Lodge.
The development will offer both private homes and those for affordable rent. The first completions are expected to take place in winter 2017.
