Investment in Slough

We have been thinking forward and thinking big, making Slough more desirable as a place to live, work and invest in – now and in the future.
Hopefully we have delivered a careful balance of new development with maximum benefit to residents and minimum impact on the environment.

Your housing

Each residential scheme has been designed to meet the needs of the area and make the most of its individual setting. Our aim has always been to provide high quality homes for local people and create communities. We have delivered over 420 new homes including 165 new affordable homes across 24 sites, on behalf of Slough Borough Council.

The future of Slough

Slough has and continues to go through an epic regeneration with the redevelopment of the town centre, the arrival of the Elizabeth Line, and developments that encourage homeownership for local people.

There's so much to look forward to

On the move

Improved transport, within and beyond the borough, is a big part of the transformation.  The Elizabeth Line provides a quick connection to London in just over half an hour, and another new rail link will whisk you directly to Heathrow in six minutes, bringing the whole world closer.

Leisure

There are more and better places to get active – with wet and dry leisure facilities, a new stadium for the town and the refurbishment of the existing Ice Arena.

Hotel and Restaurants

Improved business and conference facilities have increased demand for high quality hotel rooms and restaurants in the town centre and around the revitalised commercial district.
